Usage: working on sloped roofs, flat roofs and platforms, working on facades, on ladders, working in silos (only to secure against crashing, not meant to aid with entering).

The method of operation is similar to vehicle safety belts. Once the speed of motion excesses 1.5 meters per second the safety catches which activate the braking system instantly engage because of centrifugal forces.
